This upgrade provides you with the latest software featuring a user-friendly interface with an improved design, a new maintenance program, and various enhanced features.

When should you upgrade your rope making machine?
• If your machine has malfunctioning electronics that are no longer available for purchase.
• If the phase-out of older electrical components has resulted in rising spare part costs.
• If you own a well-maintained machine with strong mechanical performance but wish to enjoy the benefits of modern software and updated hardware.

For the T55, T66, T77, MT44, MT55, MT66, MT77, M33, M44, M55, M66 and M77 rope making machines, the upgrade kit contains among other things:
• Schneider HMI panel

• Brake resistor (MT44 and MT55 only)
• Internal safety module (M33 only)

Please note:
• All parts need to be exchanged at the same time, as the new system communicates by the Can Bus among all the units.
• For the M88, MT88, MT98, T88 and T99 rope making machines, the upgrade requires a Robco service engineer.
• For T55, T66, T77, MT44, MT55, MT66, MT77,M33, M44, M55, M66 and M77, the upgrade requires an industrial electrician or alternatively a Robco service engineer.
• On some machines an upgrade is not possible
• As an extra feature, safety can be upgraded to electrical locks
